France remains undeniably one of the countries of the European Union which welcomes and accommodates one of the largest Congolese (DRC) communities. The French language, which is the official language of the Congolese administration, and the musical culture are probably among the factors of attraction.
France has become a second nation for thousands of Congolese intellectuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs who have permanent exchanges with the mother country.
In the search for solutions to the problems that hinder the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Congolese diaspora in France has always taken patriotic and courageous actions. It is closely in synergy with the other Congolese communities of the diaspora to create an impact often felt even in the native country.
Alongside the other American and European countries, FICE France is well positioned in terms of membership, financial contribution, and the reserve of talent/skills necessary to carry on the mission of the organization on the international level.
