The structure of FICE is intended to be simple with particular emphasis on:  

• Participatory management of its members around the world by giving them a voice in the administration on the international coordination of the organization;

• The transparent management of the financial means made available to it by its members with a cooperative spirit;  

Together with all of humanity, FICE shares these maxims on women and youth:

1. To educate a woman is to educate a village

2. Youth is the future of tomorrow

In the diaspora, it is easy to assert firmly that women and young people are partners in the survival of entire families. In addition, they fight patriotically with determination for a better future for their compatriots in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  

FICE devotes a place to them in the chapters of reflections, exchanges and actions on issues affecting the Democratic Republic of Congo and the development of the diaspora in their adopted or host countries.
